All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
No security deposit is due.
We decided to not use third-party booking sites in order to keep costs lower for our guests.  You will note that there are no fees associated with your rental other than a standard cleaning fee.  We have a standard daily rate, but reserve the right to change the rate during periods of special events in the Blacksburg area.
